Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document patient care and progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 1 year of professional SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.
