Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to supervising therapists.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience providing physical therapy assistance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and confidentiality standards.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in outpatient or inpatient settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
