• Implement established care plans and document patient progress accurately.
• Support patient mobility, strength, and functional activities under supervision.
• Maintain proper safety protocols and ensure patient comfort during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Strong understanding of therapy techniques and patient care standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
