Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and document care processes accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license/certification in New Mexico.
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- On-time and reliable with a professional demeanor.
