Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 36 or 48-hour shifts, night shift, every other weekend, contract position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to adult medical, surgical, and oncology patients, including palliative care and family education on oncological processes
• Monitor and manage telemetry, central line draws, ports, blood administration, PCA pumps, and assist with bone marrow aspirations and pleurx chest tubes
• Administer chemotherapy (preferred) and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout treatment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and float within scope as needed to meet facility requirements
• Adhere to patient ratios and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications

• WV or Compact RN license (must be valid; pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a hospital setting
• BLS certification
• Ability to work nights and every other weekend
• Willingness to float within scope

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in telemetry, blood administration, central lines, and chemotherapy
• Knowledge of PCA pumps, bone marrow aspiration, and Pleurx chest tubes
