Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedics patient population.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Ensure documentation and progress notes are completed accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with clinical team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week, with prior approval for overtime.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to see patients independently and manage a busy caseload.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates welcomed.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience is a plus.
• Comfortable with double-booking follow-up visits and managing a dynamic schedule.
