Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Day shifts, full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure resident comfort and safety
- Document patient observations and care provided accurately
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings
- Knowledge of elderly care and chronic condition management
- Bilingual skills are a plus
