Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor resident health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Compassionate patient care with attention to detail.
