Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and sterilize medical instruments and equipment in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control.
- Ensure timely processing to meet surgical schedules.
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to support patient care needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a Level I or Level II trauma center.
- Strong orthopedic and robotic processing skills.
- Knowledge of sterilization and sterilization equipment.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Certifications in sterile processing preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital operating room setting.
- Familiarity with robotic surgical systems.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
