Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient conditions and document health status accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality resident care.
- Follow all safety and compliance protocols for long-term care environments.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
- Ability to work night shifts reliably.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- CPR certification (preferred).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with elderly or chronic care populations.
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
