Key Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver quality resident care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
