Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Prepare treatment rooms and gather necessary equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
• Provide compassionate support and education to patients to promote recovery.
• Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment in accordance with health standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification.
• Prior experience assisting in physical therapy or similar healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
