Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapeutic services to clients with diverse needs.
• Conduct assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Support clients through counseling sessions, ensuring progress towards goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and progress.
• Ensure all return-to-office (RTO) requirements are noted at the time of submission.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license or certification as a Social Worker or Therapist.
• Proven experience in individual or group therapy settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
• Knowledge of ethical and confidentiality standards in therapy.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with specific populations or clinical specialties.
• Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required).
