Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting during night shifts
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
• Comply with all facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work night shift hours and adapt to shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with elderly patient care
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
