Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and interventions to patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments based on physician orders and patient response.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement respiratory care plans.
• Document patient care accurately within the hospital's electronic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Valid CA state license in Respiratory Therapy.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, CRTT or RRT.
• No on-call requirement.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
