Job Title
• Registered Nurse - PICU
Location
• Naperville, IL
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour night shift, 36 hours per week, approximately 8-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized patient care in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
• Float to pediatrics as needed while maintaining PICU competencies
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress and ensure adherence to hospital protocols
• Respond effectively to rapid changes in patient conditions during night shifts
• Participate in unit rotations, including holiday coverage as required
Required Qualifications
• Active Illinois RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience
• Current BLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working with pediatric patients in critical care settings
• Flexibility to float between PICU and Pediatric units as needed

Additional Notes
• No more than 7 days off requested during assignment
• Required to work holiday shifts on Labor Day and Halloween night with overtime paid
• Weekend rotations based on unit needs, potentially every third weekend
• Submit current resume, a recent reference from a PICU supervisor, skills checklist, and verification of IL RN license for consideration
