Key Responsibilities
• Administer nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Monitor patient health and record each resident’s status accurately
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure comfort and safety of residents
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations for LTC/SNF facilities
Required Qualifications
• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Ability to work night shifts and adhere to scheduled hours
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic nursing skills and understanding of resident care
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a SNF or LTC environment
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong attention to detail and compassionate patient care
