Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients on a dedicated 30-bed unit.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for patients requiring medium to large hospital level care.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards, including BLS certification.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and ensure timely patient care delivery.

Required Qualifications
• Current RN license in the state of Georgia.
• 1-2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience caring for a mixed Med/Surg patient population.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience on a dedicated education unit is a plus but not required.
