Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to postpartum and mother-baby patients during overnight shifts.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with postpartum recovery processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Support patients and families through education and emotional support during postpartum period.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts RN license (must be applied at time of offer).
• BLS certification required; NRP certification preferred.
• At least 2 years of recent high-acuity labor and delivery or postpartum nursing experience.
• Experience with magnesium drips and telemetry is highly recommended.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holiday coverage.
• Prior travel nursing experience is required.
• Must be separated from any previous employment with the facility for 6 months or more.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in maternal-child or postpartum units.
• Strong skills in managing complex patients and high-acuity care.
• Knowledge of maternal medication protocols and telemetry monitoring.
