Registered Nurse - Mother Baby/Postpartum
Location: Boston, MA
Schedule / Job Type: Contract, Night shifts (12-hour nights)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate postpartum and mother-baby care in a high-acuity environment.
• Monitor maternal and newborn vital signs, administer medications, and manage Magnesium drips.
• Handle telemetry monitoring and support patients with complex medical needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately and adhere to hospital protocols.
• Participate in holiday and seasonal coverage as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (must be current at time of application).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar high-acuity setting.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with magnesium drips and telemetry preferred.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holidays.
• Must have prior travel or seasonal healthcare experience.
• Prior separation from BILH for at least 6 months if previously employed.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• High-acuity postpartum or maternal health experience.
• Experience with high-risk obstetric care is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
