Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a varied patient population, including follow-up visits and initial assessments.
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week, treating around 12-14 patients daily.
• Coordinate care and patient treatment plans in collaboration with clinical staff, with the flexibility to float to other clinics as needed.
• Ensure documentation and patient progress notes are accurately completed in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

• Valid PT license in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with flexibility to work additional hours with prior approval.
• Strong organizational and patient communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations and in outpatient settings is a plus.
