Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations, including adult, OB/GYN, neonatal, small parts, vascular, and renal/pelvis imaging.
• Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure high-quality imaging for diagnosis.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities, including overnight and weekend shifts.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the facility’s electronic health record system.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, including isolation precautions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care.

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS certification and active state license.
• Ability to work independently and perform a range of sonography procedures.
• Flexibility to rotate on-call shifts as scheduled.
• Prior experience with PACS systems, preferably Siemens.
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in adult, ER, ICU, obstetrics, pediatrics, and portable ultrasound settings.
• Proficiency with abdominal aorta, OB/GYN, neonatal, small parts, and vascular ultrasound skills.
• Knowledge of Cerner charting system.
• Experience with ultrasound equipment such as Siemens machines.
