Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to ICU patients in accordance with medical standards.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, utilizing telemetry and other diagnostic tools.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies and safety protocols.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Colorado.
- BLS certification required upon hire.
- ACLS certification required within 3 months of start date.
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in critical care nursing.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- PALS or ENPC certification within six months.
- TNCC certification preferred.
- Prior experience in an ICU setting.
