Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient findings accurately and timely
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Colorado
- BLS certification upon hire
- Two or more years of relevant medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
- Specialty certification in relevant areas is a plus
- ACLS and PALS certifications required upon hire or within 6 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working night shifts in a hospital setting
- Strong ability to assess and respond to patient needs quickly
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
