- Provide speech language pathology services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare team members
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Support patient recovery goals through personalized therapy approaches
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Strong understanding of speech therapy techniques and patient care regulations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with a diverse patient population in a SNF setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
