Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
• Monitor and document patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment exercises and techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and patient care procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience assisting in outpatient or rehabilitative therapy settings.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
