Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Valid Michigan state license as a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Valid state-specific physical therapy certification or credential
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and treatment planning
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a outpatient or clinical setting
- Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
