• Night Shift (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Administer respiratory therapy procedures including nebulizer treatments, airway clearance, and ventilator management.
• Monitor and assess patient progress using equipment such as GE Carescape R860 ventilator, Vapotherm, and HFNC.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and modify patient care plans.
• Document patient treatments and outcomes in EMR system.
• Provide non-invasive ventilation support (BiPAP, HFNC) and perform ABGs as needed.
• Assist in emergencies related to airway and breathing management.
Required Qualifications
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Texas RCP license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 6 months to 1-year ICU experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in adult ICU settings
• Familiarity with ventilator management and advanced respiratory therapies
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
