Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and monitor patient health status
- Assist with daily living activities and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Follow established nursing protocols and documentation procedures
- Ensure resident safety and comfort during night hours
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Basic knowledge of medication administration and patient assessment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in LTC/SNF settings
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- BLS/CPR certification
