Key Responsibilities:

• Administer infusion therapies to patients with various conditions, including cancer, autoimmune diseases, and infections.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and best practices in infusion therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• AHA ACLS certification.
• IV therapy experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• PICC and midline placement proficiency.
• Chemotherapy administration experience.
• Infusion (CRNI) and/or Oncology (OCN) national certification.
• Current ONS/ONCC provider card preferred.
• Experience with PIV and CVAD access.
