Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type: Days / Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical conditions.
• Assess patients' physical capabilities and progress through appropriate evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and home exercises.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience providing physical therapy services in diverse clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in outpatient or rehabilitative settings.
• Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse patient populations.
