Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, OB Triage, Antepartum, and Newborn units.
• Assist with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and perioperative circulating duties.
• Start and monitor adult IVs, administer blood products, and manage epidural and PCA pumps.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of mother and newborn through specialized procedures and high-risk patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate patient care in high-pressure environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• Active, compact RN license valid in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn care.
• Current BLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications.
• Ability to circulate in OR, handle high-risk OB cases, and start adult IVs.
• Experience with blood/blood product administration, epidural and PCA pumps, and specialized obstetric equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with high-risk antepartum, OB-GYN, and couplet care.
• Ability to float between units as needed.
• Strong clinical skills in FHM, IV starts, and patient monitoring.
