Job Title: Therapist - Physical Therapist

Location: Salem, OR

Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Handle an average of 12-14 patient visits per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Manage follow-up appointments, including double-booking of visits as needed.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed; OT hours require prior approval from the director.
• Float to other clinics is not required; focus on outpatient orthopedic care.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to see 12-14 patients daily and manage a busy schedule.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient therapy experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work as a first-time traveler is acceptable.
• Flexibility to adapt to clinic needs and patient care requirements.
