- Full-time, Days shift, 5x8, 0730 - 1600
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized wound care nursing services to patients in a leading teaching hospital.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs, including to sister facilities as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement wound management plans.
- Document patient care accurately using the Epic electronic health record system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards related to wound care.
- Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of wound care nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- WOCN certification (continence certification not required).
- Ability to float within scope, including to similar units and sister facilities.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric wound care experience highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Epic charting system.
- Ability to provide radiation badges if required.
