Job Title: Physical Therapist

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality patient care through physical therapy services • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans • Implement and progress patient progress through various physical therapy modalities • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications: • Current state license as a Physical Therapist • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills: • Recent SNF experience preferred • Previous experience working with patients with post-acute care needs • Ability to pass a Covid-19 test with results issued 48 hours prior to start date
