Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities.
• Implement treatment plans and supervise therapeutic activities as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Follow facility protocols and safety guidelines, including COVID-19 testing and clearance procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Ability to complete and provide proof of COVID-19 testing (within 72 hours prior to start and results issued 48 hours prior).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
