Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation and coordinate directly with ATI outside of the client’s clearance process before start.
• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements, including active license verification and equipment setup during interviews.
• Follow facility policies regarding dress code and parking, provided upon onboarding.
• Work within the designated modality, ensuring compliance with contract QA standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in setting up physical therapy modalities.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to start with a compact license but obtain permanent licensure immediately.
• Must have a permanent license local to the facility; no compact licenses accepted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience with ATI or similar outpatient therapy providers.
• Knowledge of credentialing processes and documentation requirements.
• Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting.
