Physical Therapist - John Day, OR **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in John Day, OR. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a critical role in improving patient function and outcomes in home health therapy. **Key Responsibilities:** • Conduct general physical therapy assignments to improve patient function in home health therapy • Utilize various procedures to achieve patient goals • Utilize equipment such as the HealthLand EMR system **Requirements:** • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's Degree preferred • 5 years of experience in physical therapy • Oregon PT license • BLS certification **Schedule:** • 12-hour shifts, various days, nights, and weekends **Work Environment:** • Floating to other units/departments not required • 0 bed size/number of rooms for this unit • Nurse to patient ratio determined by Acuity Measurement Tool **Dress Code:** • Scrubs (tasteful and in good condition) • Business-casual (comfortable) **Training and Orientation:** • General Orientation to Blue Mountain Hospital District, including Mission, Vision and Values, Service Excellence, and Service Recovery • Department-specific Orientation, including safety and technology
