Rotating Schedule / Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care within a Medical Surgical/Tele department, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications in hand.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven ability to manage patient ratios of at least 6:1 in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong assessment and communication skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Medical Surgical or Telemetry units.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
