Registered Nurse - Endoscopy/GI

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer endoscopy procedures including Bronchoscopies, EGDs, and Colonoscopies.
• Assist and scrub in surgical and diagnostic procedures within the GI specialty.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide pre- and post-procedure care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health records.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in endoscopy or GI procedures.
• Valid IN state license and required certifications (ACLS, BLS).
• Experience scrubbing and assisting with bronchoscopies, EGDs, and colonoscopies.
• Ability to work rotating call schedule within scope of practice.
• Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in a short-term acute care hospital.
• Flexibility to work major holidays as needed.
• Comfortable with Cerner electronic charting system.
