Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed Occupational Therapists in implementing patient care plans.
- Provide therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities under supervision.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility protocols.
- Adhere to all safety and health guidelines, including COVID-19 testing requirements.
- Support patient recovery and functional improvement within assigned caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to complete and submit all credentialing documentation, including resume, license verification, and references.
- covid test within 72 hours prior to start date with results issued 48 hours before start.
- Basic understanding of patient documentation and safety protocols.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
- Recent graduate accepted.
- Experience with COVID-19 protocols and testing procedures.
