Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) patients in a Level III environment.
• Monitor and assess critically ill newborns, ensuring safety and stability.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and certification requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience, with Level III or higher NICU experience preferred.
• Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with pediatric and neonatal procedures.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR system.
• Experience in a busy hospital setting with diverse patient needs.
