Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures including orthopedics, robotics, gynaecology, urology, vascular, endovascular, and neuro surgeries.
- Assist during surgeries and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to operating room protocols.
- Collaborate with surgical teams, including surgeons, anesthesiologists, and technicians.
- Document patient care and surgical details accurately in electronic medical records.
- Support on-call and weekend shifts as scheduled, including occasional overnight coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and current RN license.
- ACLS certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room nursing experience.
- Experience with orthopedic, total joint, robotic, general surgery, or neuro procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Neuro experience for call coverage.
- Experience with advanced surgical equipment such as DaVinci Robot, endovascular suite, and neurospine microscopes.
