Job Title: Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist
Location Etowah, TN
Schedule / Job Type Full-time, Days
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes • Conduct therapy sessions with patients, including speech, language, and swallowing exercises • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications:
• State License as a Speech Language Pathologist • Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field • 3+ years of experience in SNF setting, preferably with Covid-19 experience
Preferred Experience / Skills:
• Experience working with geriatric population • Familiarity with COVID-19 protocols and procedures • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
