Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to postpartum and mother/baby patients in a busy hospital setting
- Monitor and assess mother and infant health, perform routine procedures including circumcisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient care activities accurately using EMR systems
- Adapt quickly to unit policies and equipment, maintaining compassionate patient interactions
- Support new parents and promote a positive hospital experience
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license with relevant state licensure
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a mother/baby or postpartum unit
- Experience working with EMR systems, preferably Meditech or similar
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling
- Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented personality
Preferred Experience / Skills
- BSN degree or higher
- Prior experience working in a hospital environment with high patient turnover
- Skilled in routine postpartum procedures and infant care
- Ability to quickly adapt to new unit protocols and technologies
