Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to patients of all ages.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure consistent patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families on strategies to improve communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Knowledge of pediatric and adult therapy techniques.
