IR / Special Procedures Technologist

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, Days, 4x10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a fast-paced department supporting vascular and interventional radiologists.
• Operate Philips and GE hybrid imaging rooms, including one biplane system.
• Ensure accurate image acquisition and patient positioning during procedures.
• Assist in maintaining a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Support a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Float between similar units as needed, within skill set.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of IR/special procedures tech experience.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT (R), Washington State license, IR/CV certification preferred.
• Ability to float between units is required.
• Local travelers with residence within 50 miles are not eligible.
• Pending licenses are not accepted.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience using Philips and GE imaging systems.
• Previous work in a busy acute care setting.
• Knowledge of EPIC charting system.
