Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, night shift (3x12s, 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM), rotational weekends, no call

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures including trauma, transplant, orthopedic, neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and robotics cases.
• Prepare operating rooms and sterile equipment for scheduled surgeries.
• Collaborate with surgical teams, including Registered Nurses and physicians, to ensure smooth and efficient surgical processes.
• Float between units and sister facilities as needed within scope of practice.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including radiation safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operating room surgical tech experience.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
• Current BLS certification.
• Radiation badge, provided by agency.
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible within a dynamic, high-volume OR environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in neuro (spines/crani), ENT (flaps), and robotics (Da Vinci Xi) cases.
• Familiarity with Level 1 trauma surgical procedures.
• Experience with transplant/procurement cases.
