Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistant services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assist with implementing prescribed treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including COVID testing and screening requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient recovery and mobility.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen prior to start date.
• COVID-19 test completed within 72 hours prior to start, with results issued within 48 hours.
• Willingness to work day shifts.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred.
• Recent or upcoming graduate in Physical Therapy Assistant program acceptable.
• Previous experience with therapy documentation and patient care.
