Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Deliver therapy sessions aimed at improving speech, language, communication, and swallowing skills.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions and patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Proven clinical experience in speech therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation setting.
• Bilingual skills or additional language certification are a plus.
